Unfortunately, shipping in never free, for anyone. Rather than hide shipping in our product costs, shipping charges will be added to your purchase at check out. We do not add a handling fee or other charges, and pass along the USPS shipping discounts we get through Shopify. Expedited shipping options are also available at check out. Your order will be processed and to the post office in 1-2 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number.
Free repair for the original owner (non-transferable), for as long as I am in business. You pay to ship the pedal to me and I’ll pay to ship it back. Keep those receipts! Please contact me first before sending anything in, or I won’t accept it. I need to create an RA# for you so that I can keep my records straight. Since I am a one-man-shop please expect repairs to take two weeks for the repair plus shipping time.
Returns and Exchanges:
Although I am happy to repair any pedal you purchase from me, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review the product specs, sounds and demos before purchasing.
